FAST TRACK program for commercial drivers: $149

“Help, I failed my DOT!” This program is specifically designed to provide priority assistance to the commercial driver who has failed a DOT physical and is temporarily out of work.

FAST TRACK prioritizes your plan and provides you with the diabetic support to get you back on the road working as soon as possible. After you are back to work we will continue to address long-term solutions to your blood sugar problems.

With fast track, you will work directly with Debbie Latham, Registered Dietitian/Diabetes Educator to achieve goal blood sugars in as short a time as possible. This plan includes specialized menus to get results quickly followed by online education classes for long- term improvement.
